OUR STANDARD
Ironwood Risk Group is selective in its hiring and assignment process. We are not seeking individuals who simply meet the minimum requirements to work in private security.
We seek professionals who understand that judgment, restraint, communication, preparedness, and accountability are as important as physical presence.
Position-specific qualifications may exceed these minimum standards based on the client, assignment, operational environment, or level of responsibility.
CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS:
WE CURRENTLY HAVE NO OPEN POSITIONS
ALL POSITIONS
- 21+ years of age
- Valid AZ guard card
- Legally authorized to work in US
- Proven related experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Reliable transportation
- Smart phone with service
- NO Criminal Record
- Pass a 4 year comprehensive background
- Pass prior employment verification & reference checks
- Nights & weekends may be required
- Physically capable of performing required job duties
ARMED SECURITY
- 3+ years proven experience in armed security, LE or Military
- Pass company firearm qualifier
- Pass drug test
- Pass psychological evaluation
EXECUTIVE PROTECTION & SPECIALTY POSITIONS
These qualifications are for all positions outside of our armed and unarmed positions.
- 4+ years proven related experience
- Formal related training certificates
- Pass advanced firearm qualifier
- Pass a physical ability test
- Pass drug test
- Pass psychological evaluation
- Ability to complete and pass our training academy
- Great report writing, communication and de-escalation
