OUR STANDARD
Ironwood Risk Group is selective in its hiring process for careers in the security sector. We are not seeking individuals who simply meet the minimum requirements to work in private security.
Position-specific qualifications may exceed these minimum standards based on the client, assignment, operational environment, or level of responsibility.
CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS:

- 21+ years of age
- Valid AZ guard card
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Proven related experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with service
- NO Criminal Record
- Pass a 4-year comprehensive background check
- Pass prior employment verification & references
- Nights & weekends may be required
- Physically capable of performing required job

ARMED SECURITY POSITIONS
- 3+ years proven experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military
- Pass company firearm qualifier
- Pass drug test
- Pass psychological evaluation
EXECUTIVE PROTECTION & SPECIALTY
POSITIONS
These qualifications are applicable for all positions except for our armed and unarmed sections within Ironwood Risk Group careers.
- 4+ years proven related experience
- Formal related training certificates
- Pass advanced firearm qualifier
- Pass a physical ability test
- Pass drug test
- Pass psychological evaluation
- Ability to complete and pass our training

- Excellent report writing, communication, and
